My Story — And Why I’m Here

I began this journey in 1984, before most people had ever heard of the Internet.

My first computer was a Commodore 64. Back then, home computers communicated through Bulletin Board Systems, better known as BBSs. Connecting with another computer was nothing like clicking a link today. Everything was slower, more complicated, and required a good deal more patience.

I started with a 1200-baud dial-up modem. Then came 4800 baud, and by the end of 1985, 9600 baud seemed unbelievably fast.

By today’s standards, of course, it was painfully slow.

But it was also exciting.

We were discovering an entirely new way for ordinary people to communicate, exchange information, and even conduct business from a computer sitting in their homes. Those early experiences introduced me to possibilities that would eventually become what we now call online marketing.

Would I want to go back to those days?

Not on your life.

They’re wonderful memories, and there’s a lot we can learn from them. But technology has advanced so dramatically that going backward wouldn’t make much sense.

What matters to me now is what I’ve learned along the way.

More than four decades of experience have taught me that opportunities change, technology changes, and marketing methods certainly change. But one thing hasn’t changed:

Ordinary people are still looking for a realistic way to improve their lives.

That’s who I want to help.

I’m not interested in impressing the so-called gurus or competing with people who show enormous income numbers and make success sound almost effortless.

My focus is the everyday person.

The person trying to get a little further ahead than they are today.

The person who may not have thousands of dollars available to invest in advertising, expensive software, elaborate sales funnels, or the latest business system.

The person who wants to create additional income for themselves and their family but needs a place to start that actually fits their circumstances.

There are successful marketers whose methods genuinely work. But that doesn’t mean those methods are practical for everyone.

Someone may tell you to spend thousands of dollars scaling a successful advertising campaign. That’s reasonable advice if you have thousands of dollars available to do it.

A lot of people don’t.

That doesn’t mean they shouldn’t have an opportunity to start.

Everyone begins somewhere. The person earning a substantial online income today was once a beginner too. You don’t need to begin where someone else is today. You need to begin where you are, with the resources you have, and build from there.

That’s the philosophy behind what I share.

What You Can Expect From Me

No hype and no exaggerated promises.
I’ll tell you what I know, what I’ve experienced, and what I believe is worth considering. I won’t promise overnight riches or guaranteed results.

Opportunities with reasonable entry costs and meaningful potential.
I’m particularly interested in opportunities that don’t require someone to risk money they simply cannot afford to lose.

Programs I’ve personally investigated.
I’m not interested in filling this site with every new opportunity that comes along. I want to concentrate on programs and resources I’ve taken the time to examine and that I believe deserve consideration.

Education before pressure.
I would much rather help you understand an opportunity and decide it isn’t right for you than pressure you into something you don’t understand.

Someone you can actually reach.
I’m not interested in simply giving you a link and disappearing. When possible, I’ll make myself available to answer questions, explain what I’ve learned, and help you understand the path you’ve chosen.

I can’t promise that you’ll become successful. Nobody can honestly make that promise.

What I can promise is that I’ll do my best to give you straightforward information, realistic expectations, and the benefit of what I’ve learned over more than four decades.

My success doesn’t have to be the end of my story.

If what I’ve learned can help someone else begin theirs, that’s a legacy worth leaving.
